Overview

Assuming that you have submitted John’s order to us, you now need to notify us of successful payment of the order if you want us to confirm this order with the airline and go on to issue tickets.

Here is where payment should happen:

  1. Search for flights

  2. Select an offer

  3. Create a booking based on the selected offer

  4. Submit the order to us

  5. Notify us of order payment

Note that when your customers should pay for the order depends on the payment arrangement between you and your customers.

You can just view notifying us of successful order payment as a signal for us to confirm an order with the airline and go on to issue tickets.

If you did not notify us of successful payment timely or within the agreed payment time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled.

After you have notified us of successful payment, we will confirm this order with the airline and go on to issue tickets.

John and his family have been booked on their flights, and the ancillary products, if John has selected any, are also purchased successfully.

When should you pay us for an order?

We do not usually demand instant payment from our distributors, but we often sell products and services to our distributors first and then generate bills after a certain period.

Therefore, we will bill our distributors for products and services over a billing/settlement cycle that is agreed upon between us in advance, e.g. every one week, every one month.
